We are looking for a Communications Coordinator I for a very important client.
Under direction of manager, draft communications materials for campaigns.
– Provide daily communication updates as needed.
– Compile press lists and targeted media lists.
– Compile press clip packages by monitoring press coverage.
– Support special events coordination as needed.
-Manages the organization, documentation and publication of all customer-impacting content and communications.
-Assists in coordinating with content providers in the design and development of highly visual job aids, learning tools and other communications to enhance user effectiveness.
-Reviews and edits early drafts of communications materials to ensure content meets established communications standards, guidelines and appropriate messaging before publication; forwards to appropriate personnel for final stages of review.
-Maintains existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
-Maintains and enters data and information into user feedback reporting databases/reports.
-Participates in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirement:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years in the Communications space
Adobe Illustrator required
Adobe acrobat preferred
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
