Industry Alarm
We are seeking a skilled installer to take on commercial installation projects.
Our typical installation takes between 3 and 5 days.
The purpose of the installer position is to carefully implement security systems as sold.
This position is best suited for an experienced installer looking to focus on commercial projects.
We have several experience levels we can use to classify a candidate, and pay offered will be based off the classification.
Novice job responsibilities include:
Pulling cable neatly Bending, cutting, and installing metal conduit Wiring alarm devices Operating a scissor lift Climbing and carrying ladders
Journeyman responsibilities also include:
Reading diagrams and site plans Wiring control panels neatly Selecting cable pathways Operation of a company vehicle Ensuring jobsite safety Assisting / Instructing others Communicating with project management
Advanced Installer responsibilities also include:
Managing team workflow Programming control panels Quality assurance Company image management Job close-out final procedures

Job Requirements:
Install fire alarm systems and equipment Maintain fire detection and alarm systems Repair the fire alarm system Maintain the access control, cameras and fire alarm systems Evaluate and troubleshoot all fire alarm system problems Ensure proper operation of the fire alarm signaling systems Perform regular tests on alarm systems Determine service and repair of security alarm system Install all materials associated with fire alarm system Repair security systems, alarm devices, or related equipment Maintaining or repairing security systems, alarm devices or related equipment Overhauling fire vehicles and fire apparatuses Repairing and overhauling fire vehicles and fire apparatuses Instruct customers on alarm use and maintenance Modify, and maintain, programs and repairs fire alarm panels Provide leadership on small projects Maintain, and repairs fire safety and security systems, such as fire alarms and suppression systems
