To grow our presence in the AMEA region, CNHI is creating a role to work closely with our Burr Ridge Engineering Development team to highlight regional opportunities and develop more globally viable solutions.
This experienced Regional Product Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact between regions and will support, product improvements, quality issues, product launches and roadmaps.
They will work within the Ag division supporting across all functions including product management, development, and quality.
Their key responsibilities are to better align AMEA regional specific requests, key focus areas, and market opportunities along with supporting product launches.Responsibilities:Identify AMEA needs as they pertain to the Precision Solutions & Telematics (PS&T) product lineAid in the creation of a AMEA regional roadmapAid product management in prioritizing and understand new feature requestEnsure the AMEA regional backlog is included in the PS& T global prioritization listRepresent the AMEA region during “Problem Review Boards”Assist in HW and SW product launches within the AMEA regionHelp call out and resolve issues as needed to ensure smooth program executionSupport the AMEA region on setup, procedures, and critical issues during validationPoint of contact for training of PS& T new and legacy productsProvide insight into standard methodologies (e.G.
other outside experience, lessons learned, non-reversible corrective actions etc.)Work with the Aftermarket Managers with EOL products and new releasesConnect with the Product Marketing and Regional Program Managers to help identify key stakeholdersEngage with the Manufacturing Program Manager for product launch when applicableCentral contact point for regional status and project acceptancePosition pays $82,500 to $97,350.
