Enjoy New and Interesting Projects – Enjoy working on custom products – no more running the same part time after time Essential Functions Supervise the machine while it executes the program and make any necessary adjustments to produce the desired result Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completely properly Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repair Maintains continuity among shifts by documenting and communicating any actions taken or needed Make subjective quality decisions regarding part cosmetics/aesthetics Provide key information on machining operation for maintenance during troubleshooting Provide leadership and training to entry and intermediate machinists Investigate and perform root cause analysis on non-conformance and scrap events.
