Additional $250 given at 90 days of employment Paid Time Off, Sick Days, and Personal Time Professional development opportunities to grow your knowledge and skills Employee recognition and appreciation activities ABOUT THE JOB The selected candidate would participate in the process of loading/unloading CNC production machines, monitoring and gauging quality using in-process checks sheets and pre-control charts.

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour $1 per hour shift premium Hours: Monday-Thursday 10:30 PM
– 7:00 AM SIGN-ON BONUS: Receive $250 after your first 90 days of employment ATTENDANCE BONUS: Receive $250 for perfect attendance for your first 60 days ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Use of micrometers, height gage, calipers, digital indicators, bore gauges, thread gauges and Go/No-go gauges.

Understanding unit measures of thousands and millimeters Documentation control using pre-control charts and daily in-process check sheets Prefer knowledge of replacing CNC tooling and changing tooling offsets.

Performs repetitive operation of CNC Production Machine with detailed instructions.

Properly completes daily in-process check sheets, control charts, production sheets and routers.

Inspect CNC parts using company supplied gauges and keeps tolerances with-in customer standards stated by inprocess check sheet.

(Able to use technical help if needed).

Driving a forklift to move product from warehouse to work area, and finished product to inspection area.

Clean and orderly work area consistent with safety and work rules and regulations.

Such other duties as are assigned from time-to-time.
