Title: Closing coordinator Pay Rate: $16-$18 Location: Carnegie Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift: 9:00am-5:00pm Job Descriptions: Reviews all documents and recording fees for 100% accuracy Knowledge of New York State counties recording requirements Performs duties and responsibilities in a timely manner Maintains open communication with team members Communicates with recorders and treasurers’ offices for recording fees and document recording requirements Maintains accurate records and logs or losses or trending Prints reports from established databases Maintains open communication with closing department and closing management to address any trends
