We are currently hiring for a Client Relations Specialist for a real estate related company in Fort Myers. This position has extreme room for growth and tons of potential in a growing industry!

Duties assigned:

• Set up new accounts and walk customers through our website

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Manual order entry for some clients

• Answer general turnaround time/status update questions

• Assist in explaining completed reports to clients

• Monitor all e-mail account (multiple) and reply to e-mails and voicemails in a timely manner

• Respond promptly to all client and interdepartmental requests

Someone with a background in real estate would likely possess the desired skills to be a successful candidate.

The perfect candidate will be on their “A” game at all times as the work days can get very busy. Little

Hours: 8:30 – 5:00 Monday – Friday

Salary: $14.00/hour
