Ensure all AML functions globally are adhering to Citis Records Management & Third Party Management policies, standards and proceduresOversee global, regional and in-country AML Records Management & Third Party Management Officers & Coordinators who manageelectronic, physical and application records for all AML functionsSupport Records Management and Archiving staff with integrating records management requirements into business processes and IT systems to drive proper classification, storage and disposal of records.Coordinate training provided by the Global Records Management Office & Third Party Management Office for staff and employees in AML functions to ensure their ability to effectively implement and support the Records Management & Third Party Management programs.Responsible for ensuring the Records & Third Party control environment is operating effectively for all AML functions.Provide MCA oversight for R& C Third Party Risk Management (TPM) and Records Management (RM) coordinators for AML functions, ensuring that MCA related monitoring is executed in a timely manner.
Provide RM & TPM Risk & Control subject matter expertise to AML programs and projects.Support Risk and Control related queries from AML functions on RM & TPM.Liaise with Global and Regional R& C Program leads to support AML functions.Liaise with AML function business points of contacts and seniors to provide R& C guidance.Liaise with Citi Risk program points of contact to ensure compliance with Citi policies and processes.Use Citi-wide global standard policies, procedures and tools.Responsible for comprehension, interpretation, implementation of policies and procedures, taking into account the regulatory or business environmentOperating within agreed business SLAs and confidentiality standards Qualifications:R& C and AML experience in financial services with a demonstrated understanding of AML & R&C relevant business domains.Balanced blend of analytical skills, problem solving, and reporting and excellent communication skillsAdvanced organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and following upExcellent writing and presentation skillsExperience working collaboratively across various areas of the organization and with seniors Education:Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Job Family Group: Compliance and Control Job Family:Business Control Time Type:Full time Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
