This individual’s team will also serve as an in-house consultant to departments on key questions around strategic planning and execution, as well as lead organizational planning and recommendations on critical strategic decisions.

Overseeing a team of 25 staff projected to grow to 50+ over the next year, this individual will also lead all of the organization’s work to expand into new geographies and/or languages as well as oversee our internal training team, which prepares thousands of people a year to become volunteer crisis counselors.
