POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee all areas of the companys operations and has accountability for directing the companys workflow and organizational strategy across all essential business processes.
The COO has responsibility for executing daily operations and to set standards for the company to ensure that processes, training, and quality of output of goods and services reflect these standards.
The COOs responsibilities also include reviewing the efficiency of current business functions, improving daily operations, and collaborating with other executive staff to meet company objectives.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring/talent needs
Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
Provide leadership to LOGIC staff and management team that aligns with the companys business plan and overall strategic vision
Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO
Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; compares performance and budget projections to annual management plan and budget; adjusts strategies accordingly
Oversee the management and execution of vendor contracts
Monitor departmental performance via scorecards, establish corrective measures as needed, and use data to prepare both current and forecasted reports to make all departments more profitable
Oversee financial strategy, including annual budgets and expense management
Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
Assist executive team members in strategically creating, growing, and building a world class, industry leading organization
Work closely with senior management team to create, implement, and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitability, and efficiencies within the organization
Ensure the company utilizes appropriate operating and reporting systems to maximize efficiency and growth
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention; partner with external HR consultant(s)
Foster growth oriented, positive environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Ensure policies and procedures promote company culture
Review and authorize insurance and benefits programs including health and welfare and retirement savings accounts
Foster team spirit and LOGICs core philosophies
Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
Masters degree, preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of executive level operational experience
Commercial Real Estate experience, preferred
Experience operating in a franchised business, preferred

Strong leadership and organization skillset

Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
Strong data analysis and performance metrics skills
