Job Description
The mission of the Super Compute Group is to help solve humankind’s most challenging problems through the combination of Xeon and Xe GPU compute, high bandwidth memories, interconnect, and deep workload optimization.

The technical Chief of Staff position has primary responsibility for the completion of high-level activities directly for a technical member of Intel’s senior most executive team.
The nature of this job varies based on the executive, leadership team and organization’s changing needs, and may evolve over time, but currently involves:
Plays a key role in sensing and working directly with the broader organization and staff to help set priorities and understand gaps,
Working with other senior executives across Intel and their Chiefs of Staff, as required
Provides high performing, high potential professionals at Intel with an opportunity for accelerated business and leadership learning with a unique assignment reporting to, and receiving mentoring directly from, their executive
The length of the assignment is targeted to be 24 months but may be shortened, or extended, based on business need or a joint determination with their executive.
An Engineering degree or background is required for the technical Chief of Staff role.

Work independently, simultaneously managing diverse and complex assignments, while remaining organized and productive in a complex and highly matrixed environment
Capable of synthesizing and abstracting complex information into clear messages and impactful presentations for internal/external audiences at all levels
Technical experience, disciplined process orientation, problem solving skills, multitasking ability with attention to quality and detail
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Intrinsically motivated and persistent with a high tolerance of ambiguity
Strong leadership skills; resourceful and trustworthy with highly sensitive information
Conceptual thinking skills with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret industry trends, create, and drive strategies
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Qualifications :
A Master of Science in Electrical / Electronics, or Computer Engineering or another hard sciences field and 6+ years’ experience in the following:
Engineering knowledge in CPU and GPU technologies with experience driving cross-organizational efforts to resolution through business partnering and networking to achieve results across multiple organizations and disciplines
Business acumen and product development for CPU and GPU technologies
Internal and external customer engagement
Experience with legal requirements for publishing documents with the knowledge to differentiate between internal, external, NDA and public classification
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of Intel’s highly complex products, technologies, and business strategies
Understanding of Software development process
External partner, customer, and ecosystem engagement experience

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$127,330.00-$216,740.00
