– Aizona is seeking a dynamic, clinical leader to help develop and grow a multidisciplinary Cardiology service line in its East Valley locations.

The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to build something new and exciting!

This individual will have an instrumental position in nurturing relationships with the hospital, physicians, and clinics to implement standards for patient care that comply with all laws, regulations and deliver an excellent patient experience.

This leader will ensure the department meets current needs and addresses/identifiesfuture needs of patients by introducing new technology, services, and procedures as well as established quality of care standards.

The qualified candidate will provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility and collaborative cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate:
Has excellent clinical and leadership skills Has had experience in the for-profit healthcare arena Will collaborate with leadership to design, develop, implement andexecute roll-out of the service line Is entrepreneurial in spirit Will direct and supervise the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, programs, procedures, and budgets for all aspects of clinical care, medical education, and research for the service line Is dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care and access to the East Valley of Phoenix and southern Arizona Demonstrates a work history of positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers, administrators, and patients Demonstrates advanced competency in their specialty
