Check-in Agent

Fury Water Adventures, known for creating lifetime memories for guests who experience unique Key West watersports trips, has an opening for a full time Check-in Representative.

Our Check-In Agents are the first people our Fury Guests encounter. They work at our busy Fury booths to ensure our guests are properly checked-into their upcoming trips and provided instructions on where to go for their experience. The ideal Check-in Representative candidate is someone who loves to work with people, maintains a positive attitude, an ability to multi-task, a great communicator, and ability to make a sale.

Although our Check-In Representatives are paid hourly, they also have the opportunity to earn a commission by selling trips and retail items. Our ideal candidate is someone who is self motivated and understands they will be the first face our Fury Guests see.

Job Requirements:

• Customer Service experience or a willingness to work with Fury guests as you check them into their upcoming Fury Water Adventure.

• Trust worthy and reliable.

• Able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude.

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Patient and helpful person with a can-do attitude.

Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial. Must be willing to work when guests love to play! (Weekends & Holidays are REQUIRED)

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
