Reputable non-profit healthcare organization is looking for a very hands on and strategic CFO. The organization is being proactive as the incumbent is retiring. This organization is known for helping those who need it the most.

It is important that the CFO is very hands on has extensive social service nonprofit experience, has strong GAAP understanding, knows how to make improvements to internal controls, policies and procedures, budget preparation and analysis and experience working closely with a BOD on strategic planning

Of course non profit (social services) MBA or CPA are pluses.

With compete oversight of accounting and finance the CFO is responsible for providing necessary financial reports and advice to the BOD. The CFO will also have responsibility over funding sources, strategic planning, contracts with funding sources and will liaison with the outside CPA firm.

The base salary range is to $130,000 plus great benefits and hybrid schedules.
