DescriptionEssential Job Responsibilities:+ Provides professional care to clients under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and/or nurse on duty+ Assists with the admittance or discharge of clients at the supervisor’s request+ Assists in maintaining the general cleanliness of the medical room+ Performs and documents vital signs as requested by the nurse+ Performs drug testing, UDS, and BAC+ Performs duties such as filing confidential medical documents and various secretarial duties as necessary+ Reports any observations and/or concerns to the Director of Nursing or nurse on duty+ Accomplishes tasks in accordance with the policies and regulations of local, State, and Federal authorities as well as accepted standards of practiceSecondary Job Responsibilities:+ Participate in process/quality improvement activities of the company+ Keep required training’s current+ Perform other job related duties as requestedQualificationsLicenses & CertificationsRequired+ Cert Nursing AsstExperiencePreferred+ 2 years: CNA ExperienceEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
