Overview Richfield Rehabilitation and Care Center is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Richfield Rehabilitation and Care Center is the premier long-term care and rehabilitation facility in South Central Utah.

Shifts Available: FT Days: 5:00 am
– 5:00 pm FT Nights: 5:00 pm
– 5:00 am Wage: $15.00
– $16.65/hr overtime opportunities if wanted Full Benefits package Depending on site specific Federal, State and County requirements, future Avalon employees may be asked to participate in COVID-19 testing procedures as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities Ensure residents’ comfort while assisting them in achieving their highest practicable level of functioning as follows: Assist residents with their activities of daily living.

Provide hygiene and oral care pursuant to plan of care.

Assist residents with dressing and grooming according to their needs.

Bathe residents with attention to privacy, respecting dignity and providing a safe environment.

Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.

Maintain residents’ rooms in neat, orderly and clutter-free manner.

Qualifications Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State.

Must maintain a current certification in the state throughout employment.

Must achieve 12 hours of in service education annually as required by federal regulations (as well as meet state requirements, if exceeds federal).

Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-employment physical exam if required.

This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.

Recent clinical experience or education is preferred.
