The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) helps residents with activities of daily living, such as hygiene, toileting, feeding, moving safely to activities or functions, and caring for the resident’s environment, including laundry and housekeeping. He or she must be sensitive to the needs and desires of each resident and make an attempt to improve and enrich their lives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:

• Certified as a Nurse Aide (CNA) in this state or willing to obtain one as directed under state law
• At least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications a plus
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
