Job Summary: The Informatics Coordinator coordinates and facilitates system wide implementation and integration of information technology related to all aspects of Case Management and Social Service as well as the ongoing maintenance and upgrading of the system at all three hospital campuses. Provides IT support to departments and staff as new systems are implemented and current systems are upgraded. Serves as the liaison between the facilities and the Information Technology Department for the development and implementation of Case Management and Social Service information systems. Facilitates the integration of data, information and knowledge to support patients, nurses and other providers in their decision-making. This position reports to the Director of Utilization Management/Case Management/Social Service.
