Additional information may be found at www.Carters.Com.The Email Operations Specialist is an important member of the Digital Marketing & overall marketing team,responsible for owning quality assurance and email campaign deployment for responsible brand.Works as part of the email operations team in combination with the email strategy team, creative, development and CRM teams to create, deliver, track, optimize, and automate email marketing campaigns.(50%) Own execution of email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including:Quality assurance and change management for 20-25 emails/weekAudience assignment and filter creationDeployment schedulingTesting executionCampaign monitoring, including matching deployment reporting to planned audience size and deliverability(20%) Project ManagementCoordinate with cross-functional partners to gather assets and requirements for 20-25 campaigns per weekTrack assigned email campaigns throughout the development process via JiraAlong with Operations Manager, escalate and address campaign risks(20%) Collaborate with MarTech partners including Adobe, Movable Ink, Capgemini, Stylitics, Validity to ensure email technology is implemented correctly and functions within typical campaign cadence(10%) Collaborate with marketing partners to support new initiatives and innovation within email campaigns; own necessary steps forexecutionRequired Experience:Strong understanding of up-to-date marketing and email communication strategies and best practices around permission-based marketing, deliverability, personalization, segmentation and SPAM, including CAN-SPAM laws and regulations.Team player.
