On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

Swing shift hours: 2:00pm
– 10:15pm; 3:45pm
– 8pm $18.00-$20.50/hr.

DOE What Cascade Living and Cascades of Bend look for in a Caregiver: Previous experience working with seniors preferred, but not required Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills What you can expect to do as a Caregiver for Cascades of Bend: Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Why people like working at Cascades of Bend: Competitive wages starting at $18.00 hourly depending on experience Paid on the job training, CPR/first aid certification, and food handlers card Referral bonus for recruiting team members Medical benefits Free employee meals As an inclusive workplace, everyone is welcomed at Cascade Living.
