Resident Care Coordinator – Senior Living Community

We are seeking an outstanding Care Coordinator to join our team at a large senior living community in Farrington Court. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve.

We are seeking to hire a temporary Resident Care Coordinator with the possibility of the role turning into a permanent position.

Job Description

Our Care Coordinator work closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Nurse to  plan resident care. You will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include oversee health care administration and staff management, as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers
  • Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
  • Create schedules and approve timecards
  • Assist with Med pass & caregiving tasks when needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living
  • Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years
  • Scheduling experience strongly preferred
  • CNA or HCA license
