The Head of Program Management Office will have a unique opportunity to work directly for the Head of Finance and Operations to oversee the Program Management Office (PMO) for Calendly.

Design, instrument, deploy and oversee the project and program management discipline at Calendly.Coordinate activities to align capacity to demand by initiative and escalate coverage gaps where appropriate.Shape, prepare, and facilitate the quarterly prioritization and delivery sessions.Preparing, facilitating, summarizing, and driving resolution of action items resulting from steering meetings.Summarizing and presenting overall status of delivery for executives.
Measuring delivery performance to analyze activities and make decisions and recommendations accordingly.
Review and enforce initiative health checks to ensure early intervention and remediation for off-track initiatives.Collaborate with business partners throughout the year to manage demand and capacity, identify and take action on improvements, and understand dependencies.
This opportunity is for you if you have/are:10+ years progressive work related experience in portfolio management, project management, strategic project leadership, or project governance.
Advanced experience in managing complex initiatives.
Demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, including but not limited to process/program redesign, and project / program management.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to take complex information and present to all levels of management, staff, clients and vendors.Demonstrated skills in managing the development of technical solution models that satisfy identified business needs/requirements.Strong consultative skills and demonstrated ability to achieve corporate business objectives across functional and organizational boundariesExperience developing and leading high-performing teams Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this timeCalendly is registered as an employer in many, but not all, states.
