CAD Detailer

This is a Contract position in Boston, MA posted November 8, 2021.
We are looking for a Detailer for our client in Santa Ana, CA.
The detailer /draftsperson will produce concrete and formwork shop drawings primarily using AutoCad.
Utilizing the Architectural and Structural drawings, the concrete detailer shall prepare accurate concrete layout drawings, floor plans and elevation views identifying slab edges, construction joints, elevations etc.
The detailer will be required to generate project specific shop drawings with detailed formwork make-up/ production drawings for columns, walls, parapets and elevated concrete slabs.
Detailer will work closely with the project formwork supt.
Position Requirements:
· Minimum of 2-5 years of concrete formwork detailing experience
· Carpenter formwork experience a plus
· Minimum of 2 years AutoCad experience
· BIM – (Revit experience a plus)
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel etc.)
· Must be able to work on multiple projects (2-5) simultaneously.
