• Must be organized and highly detailed oriented
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s in Business (Preferred)
• Purchasing: 1 year
• Must submit to a pre-employment background and drug test

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn new purchasing software to create purchase orders and manage inventory for select vendors.
• Responsible accurate and timely set of new items through very detailed software.
• Responsible for all daily duties of replenishment buying for assigned vendor lines.
• Analyze vendor lines to eliminate slow selling items, dead stock and identify and implement substitutions when necessary
• Accurate and timely price and allowance updates.
• Communicate with operations on all inventory related issues, including but limited to UPC, vendor pickups, damages and new items slot requests.
• Responsible for follow up on all orders not delivered within accepted time frame.
