This requires a smart, highly collaborative team who can identify, investigate, and implement new technologies to continue securely scaling our global business.The positionIn the position of Business Systems Team Lead, Success Applications, you will be responsible for leading application and solution delivery focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of DocuSign’s Go-To-Market processes and supporting tech stack.
As a team lead, this position will also be responsible for delivery against the short and long term roadmaps of DocuSign’s customer success vision.
The successful candidate will provide structure & leadership to projects, understand the DocuSign business and translate business needs into technical solutions while overseeing the delivery of IT services and projects, and ensuring internal client satisfaction.This position reports to the Director of Enterprise CRM Applications.ResponsibilitiesLead collaborative, cross functional scrum teams to deliver high value Salesforce solutionsClosely collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Service & DocuSIgn University leaders to translate their IT product vision into a multi year roadmapOwn solution delivery of IT product roadmap and ensure scrum team is organized to execute effectivelyManage workload demands against current and planned resource capacity.
Lead team capacity planning, performance analysis, and develop proactive resolution plans to address resource gaps.Integrate Salesforce system integrators into team’s delivery plans to jointly deliver against committed prioritiesEffectively negotiate scope and timeline with business leads to achieve high value business outcomesTranslate desired business outcomes into an MVP feature set that can be delivered iterativelyGroom & prioritize backlog into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria with a clear definition of doneLead team backlog refinement, sizing and sprint planning sessionsCollaborate with quality team to ensure test plans cover use cases & regression tests for validation against acceptance criteriaDeliver innovative solutions that will scale and reduce our tech debt footprintAct as a solution consultant that deeply understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting tech stackLook ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work with management to address themAnticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on trackOwn timely, transparent communication to leadership team on team’s delivery progressBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems12+ years experience implementing Salesforce CRM applications in high technology/subscription software organizations8+ years of experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FInancialForce & Gainsight5+ years of experience leading application delivery teams in high growth environmentsExperience with enterprise system implementations & solution architecture for global companies >$1B in ARRExpert on Service Operations & Customer Success & Adoption / Retention business processesExperience leading an agile scrum teamPreferred QualificationsCSM or CSPO CertificationA strong record of planning and executing complex IT projects on time and on budget, and in a transparent and collaborative fashion with multiple stakeholders and prioritiesAbility to multi task and scale quickly in a fast paced environmentCreative problem solverExcellent team player able to work with global cross functional teamsExcellent written & verbal communication skillsExcellent influencing & negotiation skills4+ years experience in a management roleExperience in a management consulting roleAbout UsDocuSign® helps organizations connect and automate how they prepare, sign, act on, and manage agreements.
