Responsibilities of Position:
Consult with team members and stakeholders and discuss user experience across application landscape to define and deliver the right solution
Participate in assessment and RFP processes with system integration technology providers to assist in development of proposal and recommendation for system integration framework and platform technologies
Estimate the costs of system integration solutions and prepare project plans to provide input into decisions with prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources
Participate in providing architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to systems analysts, application teams and others in the Digital Transformation team
Design successful technical/integration architectures for large-scale platforms with a mix of 3rd party vendor, open-source, extended software development, including the documentation of technical assumptions and decision
Assessment of requirements and value for add on process improvement technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Work closely with the product owners, software architects, and other team members to build the best possible integrated solutions
Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties
Able to recognize and identify patterns in data relationships from disparate systems
Establish and maintain a systematic, documented, comprehensive, and verifiable systems integration process to be applied throughout the duration of the Project
Develop integration, test and acceptance plans including testing forms, procedures for testing, and approval steps.
Skill Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of systems integration strategies
Solid awareness and understanding of technology landscape around systems integration
Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data
Results-driven, customer-oriented, with attention to detail and ability to deliver top-notch quality
Knowledge of application design, development, testing and support
Experience organizing and leading implementation activities
Strong track record working as a technical lead to perform process analysis, gather business requirements, and develop/configure digital applications
Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new technical skills quickly
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Knowledge of data architecture and data management
Having experience in building complex, highly scalable, high volume, and low latency analytics solutions
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter and quick learner, able to comfortably integrate with a fast-paced team and contribute to its success
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline required
