Our Client is looking to add a Business Analyst to support their Service Design & Enablement Team.
The consultant for this role will be aligned to specific Global Services Functional Areas: HR , Procurement and Finance; And will primarily work with the Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Cloud areas for our clients Global Service systems.
These systems are all on SFDC.
The Business Analyst will work with Product Owners for all (3) systems and ideally will have Salesforce.com knowledge/ experience.
Exciting work you will do: Elicitation of business and user requirements needed to conduct current state analysis.
Analyze systems and understand business rules required for project initiatives.
Review user stories, system requirements, business rules, and scenario documentation to verify they meet business requirements.
Conducting demos for testing.
Being a liaison between Service Design & Enablement and the functional area.
Work cross-functionally with key business partners to help establish strategic goals and objectives, project objectives, and set expectations on functional scope.
Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders to determine project and application requirements.
Design business process to articulate functional specifications and standardize the organizations workflows.
Analyze systems and understand business rules required for project initiatives.
What you will need: 8 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis and design, or infrastructure design/development/support.
Significant Salesforce.com knowledge and experience.
Large, enterprise project experience.
Agile Delivery
– user story development and backlog grooming.
Process Design experience.
Experience working with C-Suite and communicating cross-functionally.
Highly motivated and driven with ability to think strategically and take on initiatives.
Able to work in fast-pace, changing environment.
Attention to detail and proven analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners.
Ability to work Remotely.
Bachelors degree required.
