Along the way, you will have access to mentoring and training opportunities to foster and accelerate your building of new skills and abilities.This role focuses on leading, coordinating, and supporting strategic initiatives, including expense management, planning/annual appropriations, 3rd party vendor spend management, resource planning & reporting, workforce strategy, space planning, service catalog strategy and execution, and responses to senior management/board/regulatory presentations for a team or multiple teams.**Major Responsibilities:**+ Supports the OTA Business Unit Lead to support all deliverables being requested by various cross functional teams.+ Assist with Operations and Technology teams to review new technologies (ie AWS) and assist with business case evaluation.+ Partner with business unit SMEs and Architecture to collect investment requirements for annual appropriations and Midterm Business Plan submissions.+ Implements appropriate approval processes for prudent financial management.+ Assist operations and technology teams with building out new IT Catalog items including appropriate pricing strategy.

Assist the tech teams with communications the service and pricing to internal clients.+ Provides clear insight into vendor spend, maintenance renewals, and other outside costs.+ Collects business unit’s physical space needs and assists with planning.+ Collects information needed to comply stakeholder communications, governance routines, and other routines.

Information is used by the business manager lead to respond to routines.+ Assists the OTA business unit resource reporting, compliance with training, resource forecasting and other resource management responsibilities.**Qualifications****Qualifications:*** 5-6 years’ experience* Preferred experience: previous work at a financial services firm or within a Technology or Operations division within a firm* Skills in risk assessment analysis and a solid understanding of business and financial markets* Strong knowledge of the inherent risk in the business line* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to interact with all levels of management* Ability to analyze risk trends, identifying, and project signs of changing risk levels* Good understanding of respective business area* Solid understanding and planning skills in all aspects of the system’s/business project life-cycle, i.e., enhancements, user requirements, application configuration and usage using MS Project as the project planning tool* Requires the ability to identify excessive cycle time and/or costs and develop alternative courses of action associated with the project’s life-cycle* Ability to stay abreast of issues and current trends as they relate to the banking industry’s products and services* Aptitude to prioritize and analyze a list of measurable product or service characteristics along with associated target values* Proven ability to reach an audience through effective and clear presentations, writing skills, and excellent communication strategies_The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed.
