You should be comfortable in the challenge of complex business problems and in working with large and complex data ecosystems and understand the end-to-end process from data sourcing to exposing the data to the end user as self-service analytics, dashboard or bespoke applications.

•Work with all vertical stakeholders to assist with data-related issues (business/technical) and support their data infrastructure needs
•Build analytics reports that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
• Analyze, debug and correct issues with data pipelines.
• Analyze gaps between operational service levels and data output and make recommendations to address identified gaps
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing data pipeline for greater scalability, etc.
•Prepare and present KPIs and other program initiatives to internal stakeholders.
•Act as a bridge between BI and the front line to improve the business/technical understanding and facilitate the communication, i.e.
assist different areas of the Business to understand data requirements and vice versa assist BI to understand business needs: requirement, expectation and business model.
•Performs other position related duties as specified by management
•Bachelor’s degree in Business/Computer Science/Finance or related field with a preference for a Master’s degree.
•Must have lots of experience on frontend tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
•You have experience writing SQL, Python, Scala or any programing experience.
•Analytical mindset.
•Strong and current knowledge of technology platforms, MS Office products, and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
•Ability to work independently & remotely with little supervision
•Ability to make decisions in the absence of management
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
•A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
Nice to Have
•You have knowledge of Machine Learning
•You have experience on Azure, SSIS, SSAS , SSMS
•Prior experience with Transportation and Logistics
•Spanish speaking
