Business Development & Outreach Coordinator Job Description Gladstein, Neandross & Associates (GNA), a leading national clean transportation and energy consulting firm, is seeking a Business Development & Outreach Coordinator with 1-3 years of professional experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to expand upon your existing skills and experience to help lead a growing team that is breaking new ground in the corporate sustainability field.
The ideal candidate for this role will be: A motivated business development and outreach coordinator to assist our Creative team in driving lead generation and expanding business prospects for clients in the EV and clean technology industry.
You will conduct preliminary research based on business sector, initiate outreach and initial contact with prospects, coordinate and schedule follow up calls, answer initial client questions, and complete a range of administrative duties including maintaining a robust database.
To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment, have excellent people skills, and be comfortable pitching and presenting to customers regularly.
Responsibilities:
· Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
· Conducting preliminary market research to understand the prospective leads and new business development opportunities.
· Establishing effective relationships with customers via email and phone.
· Coordinating with clients and executive staff to arrange client meetings and appointments.
· Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
· Writing and distributing agendas, slide decks, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
· Creating and maintaining prospective client databases and outreach lists.
· Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
· Providing effective administrative support.
· Support the team with database research, contact tagging, and segmentation.
· Prepare contact lead reports from email campaigns, webinars, forms and other lead generation sources.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience 1
– 3 years of professional experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage workload Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong networking skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Compensation & Benefits The position will offer a competitive and attractive compensation package that includes a base salary with the opportunity for a bonus based on performance and results produced.
