Business Development Officer

Heritage Bank is hiring a Business Development Officer to join its team in Hiawatha, IA.

Heritage Bank is seeking an individual who can hit the ground running in making calls and generating new business and relationships within the community. This role works with personal loans, real estate, and small business loans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accept and complete loan applications
• Promote all bank services to new and existing customers
• Generate new business

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• College degree preferred
• Strong sales skills
• 1+ year experience in lending preferred or underwriting/loan experience required
