Summary of Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Deposits
Maintain a working knowledge of business account functions, systems and documentation.
Maintain a working knowledge of competitive deposit pricing and products for existing and potential business deposit members
Conduct market research and identify potential business members.
Promote and advise potential and existing business members on suitable deposit products.
Assist in the execution of daily business account tasks and functions.
Assist in developing and creating sound policies, procedures, work flows and training programs to promote and maintain credit union deposit growth.
Collaborate across various ACCU departments and branches to implement and foster business deposit growth.
Assist in collection efforts of the business deposit portfolio.
Assist with development and execution of a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds business deposit sales goals.
Engage in community functions to promote ACCU business related interest
Loans
Identify, analyze, underwrite, and structure potential C&I loan opportunities for business members.
Independently prepare and update credit memorandums for loan products.
Provide direct support to the loan production staff as needed, to include annual reviews and collection of business loans.
Ensure all documents are executed properly within regulated timeframes and that the collateral documents are in compliance with policy and regulation.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of financial spreading.
Requirements

Willingness and ability to adapt to changing department needs and deadlines.
Maintain a high degree of technical, policy.
and procedural understanding with respect to business and commercial lending functions.
Contribute to the achievement of both the department and Credit Union goals and budgets.
Must be able to multi task and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers.
Support management decisions and goals in a positive, professional manner.
Ability to take initiative, assume responsibility, and prioritize tasks, good-time management, organizational skills, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
Comply with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/ Anti-Money laundering programs, USA Patriot Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
Skills/ Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
