(Contract to Hire) Top Skills: Minimum of 3 years of functional/relevant BCP/DR experience Demonstrated technical experience in BCP documentation, including Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis and BC Planning Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, written and presentation communication skills Knowledge of current BCP/DR processes, risks, controls, and governance Experience working with cross functional teams Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Any professional DR/BCP certifications are considered major plus Job Description: Job Description: Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, demonstrated written, verbal, analytical, research, customer service, and interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective internal client relationships at all organizational levels.

Preferred skills: Fusion Risk Management or similar business continuity planning software.

Job Summary: Reporting to the Global Business Continuity Manager, this role will assist with the Client Global Business Continuity Program.

Coordinate the design, development, maintenance and implementation of Client Global business continuity framework, business impact analyses, recovery strategy development, contingency planning and business continuity awareness.

Essential Functions: Centrally understands and drives BCP technology requirements.

This includes development of BC Planning system requirements, identifying improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and ensure alignment with changes to BCP lifecycle.

This would also include the utilization of existing data and BCM software to analyze and develop KPIs and dashboards for reporting purposes.

Develops an understanding of business operations, processes and strategies that require business continuity capabilities Assists with the development, maintenance and testing of business continuity plans; work closely with all lines of business (LOBs) to coordinate business continuity activities; provides guidance to users on plan development, detail, testing, and execution.

Conducts, communicates, and maintains business continuity lifecycle planning, coordinates the development, review, and evaluation of risk assessment, business impact analysis and business continuity plans.

Assists with the development and facilitation of enterprise-wide event exercises, continuity software management and training.

Identifies State and Federal regulations as they impact the company’s Business Continuity strategies; establishes and maintains program processes and practices which effectively ensure that the enterprise program remains current, and incorporates/aligns with industry standards and practices as appropriate, and adequately covers general regulatory requirements.

Provides business continuity support to multiple business areas with completion of the full Business Continuity Planning life-cycle and enterprise solutions.

As needed and directed, assist with administrative support for the BCM Steering Committee and Executive Audit Committee, as well as quarterly and annual reporting.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of functional/relevant BCP/DR experience Demonstrated technical experience in BCP documentation, including Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis and BC Planning Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, written and presentation communication skills Knowledge of current BCP/DR processes, risks, controls, and governance Experience working with cross functional teams Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Any professional DR/BCP certifications are considered major plus Travel: 10% or as needed.
