Business Analyst (Testing)

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Meet and work with product owners on regular basis
• Run stand up meetings for feature team(s)
• Assist Product with Backlog grooming and prioritization
• Write requirements, create stories, and review with Product
• Lead Agile product planning and delivery
• Work with UI/UX designers and full stack developers
• Perform testing to ensure conformance to requirements
• Apply best practices and standards to application development and testing

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Technology, or related discipline
• Previous experience (5+ years) in a financial services firm
• Previous experience being a business analyst in a development team
• Previous experience working in Agile methodologies
• Previous experience with requirements gathering
• Experience working within a global organization
