Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for tracking key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.

You would be closely working with the business/product teams to enable data driven decision making.

Responsibilities

As a BA

• Develop new product and service-oriented strategies

• Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team

• Understand the Stakeholder’s points, requirements, Business goals of Projects and design the most appropriate conversation flows and Integrations with applications.

• Understand the various backend and frontend systems being used within the organization for integrations with the channels.

As a Scrum Master

• You will have to Manage each project’s scope and timeline, coordinate the sprints with team members

• Coach team members on Agile framework and practices, facilitate communication with Product management, dependent teams across organization and effective communication around Sprint impediments, risks & outcome (as KPIs)

• You will be playing a key role in resolving conflicts around scope, execution and managing stakeholder expectations

• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and sizing requests

• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role

Required abilities / competencies:

• Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical framework

• Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables

• Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements

• Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills

• Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling

• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and data presentation) and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

Other Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues and clients in a clear, timely, and professional manner

• Ability to communicate complex solutions to clients and stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
