ECS is seeking a Business Analyst to work in our Washington, DC office.
Job Description:
ECS is seeking a Business Analyst to support the mobile application development efforts of our client located in Washington, DC.
Required Skills:
US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident required as per the terms of the contract
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
3-5 of relevant experience
Familiar with a range of mobile development and agile solutions, ideally where Design Thinking methodologies have been applied
Excellent communication skills, ability to rationalize complex information to make it understandable for others to work, and ability to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found
BA will support project team by analyzing propositions and assessing decision-making factors such as strategic alignment, cost/benefit, and risk and will work closely with the project team to define a development approach to meet the specified user need
BA will analyze and identify risks and propose mitigation strategies and will develop, maintain, and ensure compliance of application release management, outage management and change control processes and standards
BA will also define, create, communicate, and manage resource plans and other required project documentation
