Business Analyst

Job description bull Provable experience working in the Building and Construction materials industry segment with special focus in the Aftermarket Warranty Returns area. (Must Have) bull Independently Work with clientrsquos cross functional team for business requirements gathering, analysis and solution design (Must Have) bull Participate with clients in defining business requirements, review business process and use cases, create workflows and functional design during SDLC (Must Have) bull Provide direction and inputs to the solution development team during presales as well as SDLC processes. (Must Have) bull Provide guidance and direction to the delivery team in India during the software development. This could be in terms of functionality, system integrations, user interface, user experience, best-in-class practices, KPIs etc. (Must Have) bull Work with the customer (business users) in preparing User acceptance test cases and assist in the UAT. (Must Have) Experience bull 7 plus years of overall work experience, out of which o 5+ years in IT SolutionsServices industry in Business Analysis area o Industry consulting experience a plus but not mandatory bull Experience in handling projects with Onsite Discovery Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Functional Design bull Good understanding of Agile and iterative approaches for software development bull Willingness to learn and quickly ramp up for new business models in After-sales for different industry segments
