Fearless is looking for a Business/Program Analyst to add to our diverse team of 125+ employees (and counting!).
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking to change the world by building software with a soul, and we want your help.
On this project, you will be working with 6-8 Fearless team members on a project for a new client.
You will report to the team’s Scrum Master, but you will collaborate closely with all members of your Scrum team.
What You Should Know
This position is located in the Baltimore Headquarters.
This will be 100% remote during COVID-19.
This position has the flexibility to support some remote work / telecommuting.
A background check is required.

Write Epics, Features, User Stories, Defining Acceptance Criteria & tests on behalf of the Product Owner and answering clarifying questions on any requirements Perform Acceptance Testing on behalf of the Product Owner Produce training materials, user guides and train end users Facilitate meetings and workshops Examine user issues and translate them into user stories Document business processes, system and data flows, analyze processes and recommend improvements Construct workflow diagrams Document Issues/Risks Support Product Owner and Scrum Master as needed Assist in operational rollout and support Collecting and analyzing data for potential business expansion Identifying specific business opportunities Influencing stakeholders to support business projects Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Superior presentation and negotiation skills Proven organizational skills Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making Two or more years of Business Analyst experience Two or more years experience working as part of an Agile team Two or more years experience writing Epics, Features, User Stories, Defining Acceptance Criteria & tests, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done on behalf of the Product Owner and answering clarifying questions on any requirements Experience performing Acceptance Testing on behalf of the Product Owner The ability to work in an ambiguous environment Experience facilitating meetings and workshops Detail oriented Ability to examine user issues and translate them into user stories Experience with Atlassian tools Jira & Confluence preferred or other Agile workflow management tools
