Title Business Systems Analysis, Sr. Specialist Domain Knowledge Healthcare IndustryHealthcare Payer or Healthcare verticals experience preferred. Knowledge of Member Enrolment and Eligibility, Provider, Claims processing, etc Knowledge of Medicare or Medicaid. Technical skills Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Master’s Degree, “a plus ” Minimum of 3 years serving in a business systems specialist or business analyst or similar role At least 2 years of hands-on experience with MS Visio or equivalent At least 3 years of experience creating business analysis artifacts and training manuals. E.g. BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Story, Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) etc. At least 3 years’ experience in requirements management Knowledge of Project Development Lifecycle (PDLC), Software Development Integration and delivery practices using waterfall methodologies Familiarity with Agile methodology and Cloud Implementation Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite and SQL Experience with Requirements management tools e.g., MicroFocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or other tools.
