To learn more about our facility, go to?www.Brynmawrcare.Com.Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSAs) work in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team, offering recovery and rehabilitation support and services to those who live in the facility.Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSA)Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plansImplement therapeutic care plans and activities in a compassionate and caring mannerRecognize, note, and inform treatment team when a consumer is not at their baseline of symptoms and behaviorsAssist medical treatment team as assignedHelp check in all newly admitted consumers and readmissions, as well as assist in the transfer of consumers to different roomsMaintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAAOther related duties as assignedIND4.
