Dietary Aide Description: BridgeWater at Mankato is an Assisted Living facility, where we care for up to 12 elders per home.We are looking to hire a part-time day position.

All shifts include every other weekend and rotating holidays.This position is responsible for:Prepare and prep meals for all residents as directed, following special meal plans, as instructed.Serve and clean up after meals and snacks.Communicate clear instructions for meal & food prep to each team member.Comply with record keeping, food storage, and temperature logs.Monitor freshness of the food.Assure all cleaning tasks are complete and in compliance with guidelines.Assist with prep sheets, menu planning, ordering, and monitoring inventory, as needed.
