Chicago Fire FC was founded in 1997 on the 126th anniversary of the Great Chicago Fire and will kick off its 24th season in Major League Soccer.

JOB OVERVIEW: Chicago Fire FC is looking for passionate individuals who enjoy providing a SPARK to all audiences.

The Brand Ambassador will work Chicago Fire gamedays at Soldier Field and Represent the club through exciting, engaging, and interactive activations focused at match-day fan experience locations within Soldier Field as well as in the broader community.

Through this position, qualifying applicants will assist with the setup, implementation and strike of activation spaces while serving as a critical piece of the overall fan journey.

This position requires a minimum 6-hour shift and attendance is mandatory for every home game.

The schedule can be found at www.chicagofirefc.com/schedule JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: Bring the energy on matchday, engaging with fans through exciting activations and enticing giveaways Hi-five kids, handout giveaways, collect fan information, all with a smile of course Assist with operational tasks such as hanging banners, signs, displaying assets to properly convey details and club branding Be personable, exciting, informative, while having a positive attitude Assist with setup/breakdown of activation items; including tents, tables, simple games, etc.

Provide excellent service standards to match presentation personnel Understand club policies and protocols to ensure standards are met and exceeded cohesively across all members of the team.

Handle complaints and collect feedback Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills Punctuality and professionalism are a must as related to attendance and work schedule The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse environment Uphold the Fan Experience standards set by the Chicago Fire QUALIFICATIONS: At least 18 years of age Attend training highlighting Chicago Fire service standards Must be comfortable working with, serving, answering questions and complaints for a diverse fanbase Must be comfortable working with children of all ages Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and adapt to change Excellent customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a diverse staff Strong verbal communication skills Tenacious work ethic CHARACTER TRAITS: Team first mentality Customer service passionate Hard work ethic and demonstration of proactiveness Positive attitude and open-minded Possess a keen attention to detail Proficient time management and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills PHYSICAL & MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time (up to 4 or more hours) and walk up and down stairs.

Nature of position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Must have the ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations in the stadium as needed.

Duties of the job will be outdoors in sometimes inclement weather conditions.
