nnWilson-McShane is looking for a Bookeeper to join our fast growing team in our Bloomington, MN location.

nn nn n nn nn Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: nn nn
· Prepare monthly financial statements.

nn nn
· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.nn nn
· Record monthly investment activity.nn nn
· Prepare checks and deposits, as needed.nn nn
· Closely monitor bank balances and funding.

nn nn
· Perform general ledger account reconciliations.nn nn
· Use on-line banking for multiple banks.nn nn
· Perform year-end audit preparation.nn nn
· Other duties as assigned.

· Experience: Two year Accounting degree or two plus year’s related experience and/or training.nn nn
· Computer Skills: Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office.

· Limited travel may be required for training opportunities.
