BOBARISTA

Description
Bober Tea’s Bobaristas ensure the preparation of consistent and delicious drinks.

Some
responsibilities include preparing drinks, cooking boba, brewing teas and coffees, prepping fresh
fruit and cleaning.
Qualifications

• Part-time / Minimum of 4 shifts a week
• Open availability preferred
• One weekend shift requirement (Sat/Sun)
• Must have excellent communication skills and work ethic
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs and comfortable working in a kitchen

FRONT HOSPITALITY

Description
Bober Tea’s Front Hospitality focuses on the overall customer experience by engaging with
customers and maintaining professionalism.

Some responsibilities include greeting, product
explanation, taking orders, handling credit transactions, preparing drinks and cleaning the store.
Qualifications

• Part-time / Minimum of 4 shifts a week
• Open availability preferred
• One weekend shift requirement (Sat/Sun)
• Must have excellent communication skills and work ethic
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs and comfortable working in a kitchen

Employee Qualifications:

• A responsible and self-motivated individual with ability to deliver happiness and excellent customer service
• Must be able to speak English
• Able to work at time intervals between 8AM
  – 9PM
• Customer service experience
• Ability to use point of sale system and the cashier
• Food Handlers license
• Experience or ability to work in the kitchen
