The company owns and operates four managed services businesses, which include:FullFunnel Sales & Marketing Outsourcing and Advisory ServicesPractice Alchemy Business Outsourcing for Law FirmsSalesWorks Outsourced Sales Training and Development Programsfinairo Outsourced Financial Operations ServicesThe RoleWe are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and optimize our constant need to bring industry leading talent into our portfolio companies.Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the entire talent acquisition budget for our holding company and will drive optimal cost per hire metrics from sources such as internal referrals, paid advertising, university partner channels, and external recruiting vendors.
The position maintains a passive and active recruiting pipeline that will meet the needs of our growing organization.
You will set the foundation for a future team of recruiting professionals that will be needed as the company expands.
Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business goals.The right candidate for this position is someone with 2-4 years of recruiting experience that wants to accelerate their career and own the recruiting function in a fast growing organization.
This person will be highly energetic, passionate about building great teams, and have a profound sense of urgency to generate results.Essential Functions:Build talent pipelines for current and future job openingsLead all sourcing strategiesManage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendorsImplement online and offline employer branding activitiesPrepare and review our annual recruitment budgetOversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plansParticipate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our companyDevelop a network of potential future hires (e.G.
past applicants and referred candidates)Measure key recruitment metrics, like cost per hire, source of hire, retention and promotion rate, and time-to-hire.Requirements:Proven work experience in a similar roleDemonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiativesSolid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.G.
social networks)Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databasesGood team-management abilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
