The Little Gym Birthday Party Instructor is responsible for delivering outstanding birthday parties at The Little Gym. This role calls for an energetic, fun-loving person who enjoys playing games and has the natural ability to put a smile on the faces of children of all ages.

Essential Job Functions:

• Host Awesome Birthday Bashes and Parents’ Survival Nights
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Relates well to customers of all ages
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
• A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is a plus
