A well-established Los Angeles based toy manufacturer, is seeking an attentive and self-motivated Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to join it’s team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Handle general bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation
– Key person for any account support, customer orders, and shipping
– Receptionist and administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones and general office support
– Maintains office supplies, equipment and cleaning maintenance schedules
– Assist with human resources coordination and administration
QUALIFICATIONS
– Minimum of two years bookkeeping experience
– Computer skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel and QuickBooks
– Second language is a plus
COMPETENCIES
– Strong communications skills, both oral and written
– Detailed-oriented and ability to multi-task well
– Time management and organization skills
– Pleasant phone and office personality
COMPENSATION
– Compensation is market rate
– 401(K) opportunity after 12-month employment
