Description:The Administrator on Duty is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments.
In collaboration with the nursing teams, the AOD is integral in balancing staffing on a shift by shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement.
