Barista/Server

The Skinny Pancake at Burlington’s International Airport is hiring full-time and part-time servers & baristas!

AVERAGE RATE OF PAY: $15/hr+ tips and all employees at the BTV Skinny get 12 days paid time off from Day 1.

We’re looking for fun-loving and energetic servers to join our team.

While previous experience is a plus, we’re willing to train the right candidate.

For early birds, we can get you started as the sun is rising, but day shifts are also available.

Our Barista/Servers spend their days assisting guests, taking orders via our POS system, running and bussing tables, crafting espresso drinks, pouring beer and wine, and mixing simple cocktails.

Servers are also asked to participate in basic meal prep such as toasting bagels and selecting pastries.

Working in an Airport is a much different experience than in other restaurant locations.

Operating in an Airport provides an amazing opportunity to meet people along their journeys.

All employees must pass a background check and TSA certification course to gain and maintain employment at The BTV Skinny Pancake.

We work closely with airport security and flight ops to ensure a healthy work environment for our staff that follows all TSA/BTV safety guidelines and regulations.
