Koku Cafe + Market is a Japanese-inspired cafe and marketplace offering rice bowls, sandwiches, coffee, tea, and fresh-baked pastries.

Last year we were listed in the Seattle Times as one of the Top 5 takeout spots during quarantine, serving “one of the best rice bowls in the city”!

Full-time and part-time barista positions available.

We are looking for positive, outgoing individuals that love working in food service.

We have a diverse menu, so you must be passionate about both coffee and the culinary world.

You must also be comfortable working on a small team and juggling different tasks at once.

Responsibilities include preparing rice bowls and sandwiches, crafting delicious coffee on a manual espresso setup, and operating the register.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of food service experience.
